Astor metal finishes have 20 years’ experience in the metal finish business and are world leaders in Super Chrome truck rims. They strive for excellence in everything they do. Installing an 100kW smart Solar system at their Fairfield East business premises was in keeping with their business philosophy.

Taking advantage of the zero-deposit finance, the $57,960 STC grant and the instant asset tax write off, this system had zero outlay while it paid for itself and had an incredibly fast return on investment – just three years.

Richard, the owner of the business was excited from week one after seeing the immediate savings live on the Fronius Solarweb site and was pleased to be doing his part, from an environmental aspect, by removing 124 tonnes of CO2 each year.

Three Fronius ECO 25 kW inverters and one Fronius SYMO 17.5 KW inverter were installed and coupled to 270 x 370Watt Trina Smart Modules. Tigo DC optimization insured the investment and the existing business was safe while providing continual returns with system performance monitoring.
